TRON Sequel Now Slated For Spring 2011 Release?

According to a story posted on Ain't-it-Cool News, the planned TRON sequel is now due out in the Spring of 2011 rather than 2009 or 2010.

This story also backs up the earlier rumor about the sequel being released in 3-D.


So it's 2011 now? Yikes. I hope that means they're taking extra time to do it right. But then again, this is Disney we're talking about.

So when will they do a greenlight announcement? This stops just short of confirming for sure that the sequel is a go.

    Have you heard the myth that the world is suppose to end sometime in late 2012? lol.. I think it's a bunch a bull, but as long as the movie comes out before then, I suppose a lot of Tron fans who may believe in the before mentioned, might not complain the with the 2011 date... unless it gets delayed.. lol..

    Once again, thanks for the updates. Been coming back a lot to see what you posted. It's good to know that you are on top of everything. :)
